I had to take a ½ day of vacation time to wait for hours at home for my meter upgrade appointment that was non-conveniently scheduled for a 4-hour window. The service team never showed up to my house.

They called my cell phone to tell me they were coming but I missed the call. Within 1 minute I tried calling back. It took me 10 minutes to get through your phone system to speak to someone. Then they told me the service team could not come and I would have to schedule another day.

What kind of policy do you have? Are you trying to make this as inconvenient as possible. I get one phone call, and no one comes to my door? Then there is no way for me to call back to dispatch.

This is horrible customer service. I'd love to bill you for my ½ day of work, but that won't let me recover my lost vacation day. Perhaps you should take some time to reevaluate your service policies.

If there was another gas Company in town, you guys would go out of business. Thanks so much.
