Extra charges
I have been charged three times for the same amount. I emailed and received a reply back “it will be credited back”.
No date on when? Now I have to pay overdraft
Fees at my bank. I had to call eversource again and they said we will let our billing department know. Why do you wait for customers to find out that you messed up vs.
you being proactive and reach out to customers.
You know that you had technical glitch and never said anything. Are you hoping that
People won’t notice that money is gone from their bank?
Dr Evil Runs this Company
In spite of the fact that is January and temps are below zero, that we qualify for a financial hard ship and told them last month and it is illegal to shut power off on people that need electric to run their heat, this company shut our power off and told us we would have to wait a day or more for them to come back and turn it on. They are absolutely heartless and could care less about people...money is all they care about and they are charging plenty.
We are still waiting for someone to turn our power on so we have heat.they took our payment left us with no money but won't turn the power back on. 24 hours and counting.
Pure evil. They need to break this lawless monoply up.Zero empathy.
Delivery charges more than my bill! Extremely irritated
I have called on numerous occasions about the delivery charges being more than my actual electric usage and gotten the same run around about they are two different things. As I was told "It is like comparing shopping for groceries to purchasing a new car" or "Apples to Oranges".
I am tired of the comparisons. My bill has reached a high of over 1800.00. I am a family of 6 and I am on a budget plan but knowing I owe 1800 and each month the bill goes up more and more, I fear that I am not going to be able to make the payments on this as my budget plan is going to grow higher and higher, Someone has to step in and take control, or we need a new electric company for the state of Connecticut.
As a consumer, I feel like I am being robbed! This is highway robbery and I don't quite get how these people get away with it!
This company, EVERSOURCE is what is wrong with CT
