On 10/19/2017 eversource shut off the electricity and gas due to bills of 460.99 for electricity and 158.37 for gas. I called to restore and was told I had to pay 938.00 for the electricity!
They charged me for my bill and a security deposit of 670.00 plus 2.25 for using a credit card!!!!! After paying that and speaking to a supervisor they still refuse to turn anything on until Monday!!!! I paid the gas which was originally 158.37 but with their security deposit of 264 which brought the total to 420.22, yet again won’t be turned on until Monday. I have 2 kids and a disabled husband and they are unaffected by that and won’t budge to turn our stuff back on!!!
Now I’m crying trying to borrow money to get a motel room for the weekend just to shower!!!
Oh and I looked on the BBB website and evrsource has been given an A+ rating????? How are they grading them, who is grading them??
