Eversource - Wires disconnected from my home

On Dec. 18th I notified Eversource the wires pulled off of my house. An employee came and advised me he had to have a longer ladder and someone would be back that same day or the next. Nobody came and the wires are still hanging off my house. I do have power into what is now the third day. The man that came on the 18th tied the wires to the railing of my deck. I told all concerned I was worried that if the wires let go they could cause a fire. I was informed to notify the fire dept. and explain this to them! Rates go up and service is hard to come by. I will be calling the DPUC if this problem continues.

Eversource - Horrible

Customer service agents the whole *** company doesn’t show empathy your light gets shut off by the mistake yeah sorry we do apologize but you have to wait until tomorrow to get your service back on I give them a *** 0 They know we need light so they don’t have no remorse with client the whole personal should be fired they talk to you like ooh well no respect horrible horrible horrible

Eversource - Not happy.

I have been on the phone for 2 hours now. A hour ago a gentalman naked Craig answered, i didn’t even finish my sentence and he transferred me to another line, i have now been waiting yet another hour. I am calling because of something i think may be false in my statement but i want to make sure. I am not happy about being put on wait this long. And dissatisfied with Craig’s customer service.
