What troubles me even more than not having power, is Neversource's inability to keep customers updated on estimates when the power will be restored.
We have a "hot" wire outside our house with a Neversource car watching it day and night. Neversource has a cool looking outage map that's frustrating to look at when seeing other communities being serviced and we're still without electricity. I asked the driver of the car when service will be restored and her response is "hopefully today". That was 2 days ago.
On the Central Maine Power site, they show right to the street level where the outages are and they're much more responsive than Neversource.
The CEO should be ashamed!
