i paid 188.00 the bill not put down i deposit 188.00 on new june bill it sounds they aree frauds i paid thru credit card the new bill charged me 296.00 in april and may not send me regular bill

Eversource - Not happy.

I have been on the phone for 2 hours now. A hour ago a gentalman naked Craig answered, i didn’t even finish my sentence and he transferred me to another line, i have now been waiting yet another hour. I am calling because of something i think may be false in my statement but i want to make sure. I am not happy about being put on wait this long. And dissatisfied with Craig’s customer service.
