Eversource - Very Rude
Lost power for several days asked for credit for those days and was told very rudely sorry we don't have to credit you for storm related outage. Well I think it's terrible you charge for the full month even tho we hadn't had any service. Just another way to TAKE more money from you and I'm sure the state backs them up.
