Eversource - They caused my basement to flood

My basement had 6" of water in it this morning. No shut off notice now thousands of dollars damage. Tried to pay over the phone and was told that the service isn't available

Eversource - Unfair practices

Never payed my bill late. The one time I was late, they sent me a shut-off notice after 6 days past my due date! Can they do this! When I tried calling, I spoke to the most rude condescending person possible!

Eversource - Awful can’t get a hold of anyone to discuss problems

This company has a monopoly on this area of Connecticut they must have put quite the deal together because how I was treated had me in tears the whole month of September so frustrated I ended up crying they told me someone would call me back and no one did it went in circles for a month Nightmare I would never do buiness with them if there was another choice or option in my area

Eversource - Noise Complaints

Backup Generator starts every Wednesday at 0515hrs. Have contacted Chris Hall on multiple occasions. Plowing done ay 0330hrs with a Bobcat. The backup alarm is totally unacceptable. No sleep again tonight for the family. Code enforcement, the Police if not , contacting the media is next. With the night mechanics niw we have no peace in our home any longer. This is *** and must stop.
