Billing

They are raising their supplier charge 21%. Already one of the highest utility charges in the country. Criminal in my opinion.

Possible Scam call receied

I received a phone call yesterday from David @ 860-559-**** telling me that my service was going to be shut off within the hour. I told him that I had paid my bill and asked what was going on. He told me that he was a supervisor and that we could resolve the issue and keep the power from being shut off. He asked me for my electronic banking information and I told him that I am old fashioned and still write paper checks. I am pretty sure that he hung up at that point. Just thought you should be aware. PS- my power is still on.

Remove meter lock

I waited over 30 monutes the firt time I called only to be disconnected. Called back and waited over 25 minutes again only to be transferred to multiple service agents and then disconnected again. Made the third call to call back, then the same again. The 4th call finally came back and was transferred to the department I needed and told I needed the Electrician to call for a meter disconnect. I am an Electrician but don't hold a license in Connecticut. At this point in time Just to pull my meter and have the lock removed, I am half tempted to do it myself since I already have a permit from the town to do my own work. I love having the time to waste 2 to 3 hours just to get an answer that makes me mad. Thanks Eversource.

BREAKING THE MASS. NUISANCE LAW

THREE WEEKS AGO EVERSOURCE INSTALLED A PARKING LOT POLE LIGHT AT LIVING WATERS CHURCH ON DAVIS STREET, GFLD.MASS. THE WEST SIDE WAS CLEARED BUT THEY PLACED IT ON THE SOUTH SIDE CLOSE TO THE STREET AND SHINES ONTO MY PROPERTY, INTO MY BEDROOM THE STREET, MY DRIVEWAY FROM DAWN TO DUSK. THIS IS BREAKING THE LAW. HOW TO CORRECT. (1) INSTALL SHIELD ON EAST SIDE.(2) INSTALL MOTION ACTIVATED, (3) HAVE IT SHUT OFF AT 11;00 PM. PLEASE CALL ((774 ****) This is braking a MassLaw which more restrictions was recently added.

No compassion for people with financial hardship

I only have less than $300 in electric bill included pass due amount and I already made payment arrangements but somehow my payment didn't get through on the promised date due to electronic issue. Because of that, they scheduled me for service disconnection which was very annoying. When I called the customer service, she couldn't help me at all, even I asked her to give me just a couple days until my next payday, she couldn't help me unless I pay $170 first. My next payment arrangement be due until one week for now...This company needs to care about people more. um in until

Reconnect service

Bill paid was supposed to have been debited by landlord account.It did not for whatever reason I personally paid the bill in full yet they cannot tell me when they can reconnect. This is costing me $1,200 a day in lost payroll. Eversource said sorry there was nothing they could do. TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!

Tech not able to access the equipment which is not owned by tenant who only pays the gas bill

landlord unlocked, doesn't understand why tech can't access. I had to miss work. I am the only tenant in the history of the building going thru. Getting threatening letters in mail about shutting off service. Not bothering other tenants only me

Received a letter in mail to check my meter

Eversource is threatening to shut off my gas service because they claim they can't access the meter which was unlocked. I am the only tenant in the building that they are bothering!

User's recommendation: Be careful if you pay the gas service and they can't check everything ad they are threatening you even if you pay the bill.
