The help by this company’s customer service during the March 2018 storm has been awful. I have been without power for over 2 days now and when I call unable to speak with customer service.
The recording keeps saying they will call and we have not heard from them yet.
Only time we received an update is when the recording said our power was restored however I had to call back and inform the recording the power was not restored. Very poor communication and customer service
