by accident i forgot to pay my bill and got turned off the gas from Eversource , i have to wait till the next day to turn on back, till next day i called to have an answer when will the gas will be turn back on, they have no answer for me what time will coming and turn on. How come a big business like eversource did not know how their employees doing , and dont know what time will be arrived in their customers location.

Eversource can tell us when will the Electric or gas will be turn off but can not know when will be turned on, so unprofessional service.

Dont they think we need gas and electric to use too, we cant just sitting down all day and waiting for them to arrived , they have to give us a time to arrived, their have their business to do, so we are too. I talked to the Manager, they said the same thing, do not knowing anything about timing..so disappointed

I didn't like: No follow up on any level, Terrible customer service, Entire experience.
